Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MenoZone mobile application ("App" or "Service") developed and provided by Nordicular OY, an Estonian company ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, logging in to, accessing, or using the App (including making any in-app purchase), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Intended Use

The App is intended exclusively for women aged 40 and above for general wellbeing support. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Access and Login Requirement

Access to the App and all its features requires login using an email address or Google account. Login is mandatory for core functionality and security. "Remember me" option is available for convenience on trusted devices. No separate account creation beyond this login is required.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App as intended on your personal devices, subject to these Terms and successful login.

4. In-App Purchases

The App is free with non-personalized advertisements. You may purchase “Ad-Free Forever” (a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase priced at €9.99 or equivalent in your local currency) to permanently remove advertisements.

• Purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not handle payments directly.
• Purchases are linked to your logged-in account for easy restoration (via the same Apple ID or Google account).
• All purchases are final, except as required by applicable law or the platform's refund policies. We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases.
• Purchasing does not entitle you to any additional features beyond ad removal.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

• This App is for general wellbeing support and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for any health concerns.
• Sensor and wearable data (steps, activity, sleep) may vary depending on your device, conditions, calibration, or third-party hardware. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of any data. Use the information at your own risk.
• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Engage in commercial scraping, automated data extraction, or systematic collection of data from the App.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the App.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the App or its data available to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nordicular OY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for “Ad-Free Forever” (if applicable) or €100, whichever is lower.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App (including after login) at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to us or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App (after login) after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page for updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (European Union), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Estonia.
